Responsibilities
- Provide direct assistance to users with Office applications, especially Office 365.
- Perform initial configuration and rollout of new computers using an internal system; training will be available.
- Guide new users through onboarding processes for corporate IT platforms.
- Handle setup, maintenance, and issue resolution for printers.
- Assist with network infrastructure topics including firewalls, switches, and network access.
- Serve as the escalation contact for advanced technical problems.
