Mindrift is offering a freelance role as an AI Trainer specializing in Electrical Engineering and Quality Assurance. You will leverage your deep expertise to help train and improve Generative AI models, contributing to how these models understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine technical content, ensuring accuracy and relevance across topics in Physics and Electrical Engineering.
- Develop references and example tasks to serve as high-quality training data.
- Assess the qualification tests of other experts to verify their competency.
- Provide project support by answering guidelines-related questions from other experts in Discord chats.
- Review, evaluate, and audit tasks completed by other experts for adherence to project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Experience working with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or content reviewing.
- Background in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training within your domain.
- Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with complex, challenging guidelines.
- A reliable laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
