Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Electrical Engineer - AI Trainer to improve Generative AI models by leveraging your technical expertise. You will collaborate on AI training projects as an AI Tutor, helping shape how AI understands and communicates in your field.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models on electrical engineering topics.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant area.
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience focusing on one electrical engineering field.
- Have an advanced (C1) or above level of English.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
