Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Earth Science Expert - Quality Assurance (AI Trainer) to contribute to the ethical development of Generative AI models. In this freelance role, you will apply your specialized knowledge to train and improve AI systems handling complex Earth Science topics.

What You'll Do

Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across Earth Science topics, while developing references and task examples.
Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in discussion channels, especially regarding project guidelines.
Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines, providing constructive feedback, and editing content to improve quality.

What We're Looking For

A Master’s Degree or PhD in Earth Science or a relevant area.
5 years of professional experience, ideally as an analyst or in relevant fields.
An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Experience in Generative AI, Prompt engineering, or Reviewing.
Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
A fully remote setup with a laptop, internet connection, and available time.

Nice to Have

Experience in Teaching, Training, or Lecturing in Earth Science or a related field.
