Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Automotive Engineer (with Python) to contribute to AI training and quality assurance projects. In this flexible, remote role, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to shape how future AI models understand and communicate within automotive engineering.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine technical content to ensure its accuracy and relevance across diverse topics.
- Develop references and examples of tasks for AI model training.
- Assess qualification tests of other experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide project-related support and answer questions from other experts in community chats.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by peers, ensuring alignment with project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Automotive Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Professional experience with Python.
- A readiness to learn new methods and quickly switch between tasks and topics.
- The ability to work effectively with challenging, complex guidelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, or content reviewing.
- Experience in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training within the automotive engineering domain.
