About the Role

McDonald's Australia is looking for a Franchise Talent Acquisition Consultant to shape the future of our network. You'll combine recruitment expertise with brand storytelling to identify, engage, and progress future franchisees, ensuring the long-term success of the McDonald’s system through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a diverse, high-quality pipeline of future franchisees from internal, system, and external sources.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and review board preparation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Franchising, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Learning & Development.
  • Drive franchisee attraction and brand awareness initiatives, including media campaigns, events, and information sessions.
  • Own franchise recruitment data, reporting, and governance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global McDonald’s teams to share best practice and align with global frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven talent acquisition experience, with a track record of sourcing, assessing, and progressing high-quality candidates for complex or senior-level roles.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility.
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative and effective in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Passion for brand, diversity, and long-term talent development.
