McDonald's Corporation is hiring a Franchise Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a diverse, high-quality pipeline of future franchisees (internal talent, system talent and external candidates)
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, assessments and review board preparation
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Franchising, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Learning & Development
  • Driving franchisee attraction and brand awareness initiatives, including media campaigns, events and information sessions
  • Owning franchise recruitment data, reporting and governance, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with global McDonald’s teams to share best practice and align with global frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven talent acquisition experience, with a strong track record of sourcing, assessing and progressing high-quality candidates across complex or senior-level roles.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility
  • Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions
  • Collaborative and effective in complex stakeholder environments
  • Passion for brand, diversity and long-term talent development
