What You'll Do
Oversee technical engagement with foundry partners, managing key interface meetings and ensuring alignment on process development and product ramp timelines. Lead the execution of technology and product transfers between internal teams and external fabs, ensuring smooth integration and performance consistency.
Collaborate closely with yield engineering, design, and quality teams to support the safe launch of new products on emerging process nodes. Facilitate weekly and quarterly technical reviews with foundry partners, tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving resolution of technical deviations.
Manage production release exceptions, process change notifications (PCNs), and tool qualification activities. Partner with quality assurance to evaluate and approve process modifications, ensuring compliance with reliability and yield standards. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process excursions, aiming to prevent recurrence and minimize impact to supply.
Champion continuous improvement in quality, cost, and cycle time by identifying optimization opportunities across the fabrication flow. Serve as the primary technical liaison during audits and quality events, ensuring minimal disruption to customer commitments.
