You'll operate and monitor robotic systems that construct brick walls, working both in controlled environments and active construction sites. Your role ensures the robots function correctly, gather data during operations, and contribute to refining the technology through real-world feedback.
What You'll Do
- Prepare construction projects by assessing build requirements, locations, and site conditions
- Set up markers and capture photos for 3D reconstruction before robot deployment
- Run robot operations using proprietary software on a laptop at the site
- Document system behavior and performance to support product development
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges
- Perform manual construction tasks such as placing anchors or handling materials
- Represent the company professionally while on-site
Requirements
- Strong technical and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to distinguish between hardware and software issues and diagnose system failures
- Willingness to engage with new technology and perform physical work
- Reliable early riser, able to travel to job sites on schedule
- Valid driver's license and comfort operating a van
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites
- Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch

This is a fully on-site role in Amsterdam. The team operates Monday through Friday from the office and construction sites, with no remote or hybrid options available.
