Position Overview
We are looking for a Foundry Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Poland, with locations in Kraków, Wrocław, or Warsaw. This role focuses on improving semiconductor fabrication processes and ensuring consistent product quality across production cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify sources of process variation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve yield-limiting issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Support technology transfer between design and production environments
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process development
- Familiarity with process control methodologies and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Proficiency in English for technical communication
Work Environment
This position offers the flexibility to be based at one of three locations in Poland. Engineers will work directly within production and development settings, engaging with both local and international teams to maintain high standards in semiconductor fabrication.
