Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using TypeScript, with a preference for NestJS
- Build and document reliable REST and GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend and AI components
- Manage structured and real-time data using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI pipelines, inference engines, and external APIs
- Take ownership of backend performance, system reliability, observability, and development workflow enhancements
- Promote engineering best practices through clean code, peer reviews, and comprehensive documentation
- Improve and expand authentication, authorization, and permissioning mechanisms
- Influence architectural decisions with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
