NeuroNav is seeking a Founding Engineer to build an agent for networking, starting with warm intros in sales. This role is a core part of the founding team on the path to product-market fit, where you will contribute to the fundamental agent and own key technical decisions.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to our core agent, including testing it on your own networking use cases.
- Use prompt engineering and fine-tuning with foundation LLMs.
- Contribute across the stack and own technical decisions, such as new design patterns and architecting agent development.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience with strong coding skills.
- Experience deploying and maintaining services in a distributed systems environment, including handling failures and measuring latency.
- Hands-on experience with our technical stack: Typescript, Postgres, NextJS, Prisma, Docker.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
- Experience using tools like Langsmith and Langchain for building agents.
Nice to Have
- Experience customizing tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf to accelerate development.
