Astrana Health is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a small, high-impact team. You will find meaningful problems across the organization and use technology to solve them, embedding with teams, prototyping solutions, and building tools that are put to use right away.
What You'll Do
- Embed directly with clinical, operations, and market teams to understand how the business works from the inside.
- Run discovery with business leaders to find problems worth solving—those costing time, money, or quality of care.
- Rapidly prototype and build tools, automations, and applications that teams can use immediately.
- Experiment constantly with new technologies, models, and platforms as they emerge.
- Translate technical possibilities into tools a care coordinator can open on Monday morning and immediately use.
- Teach the teams you work with so what you build outlasts your involvement.
- Help shape how technology is responsibly adopted across a growing organization.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Work Mode
This role is hybrid and based in either Monterey Park, CA or Orange County, CA.
