About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Fluent English Technical Support Consultant to provide exceptional technical and customer support for SaaS, Software, and Hardware clients. You will join a remote team in LATAM, focusing on building lasting customer relationships while securely handling sensitive information.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest customer service best practices
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and follow precise procedures
  • Experience writing professional, well-structured emails
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
