SupportYourApp is hiring a (fluent English) Account Manager (Asian Market)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues.
  • Develop and implement account plans.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather insights.
  • Manage client contracts and renewals.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of the product.
