EWOR GmbH is looking for a Fintech Co-Founder / Head of Sales to build and run your own venture. As part of the EWOR fellowship, you will receive a salary or funding, intensive support, and coaching from serial entrepreneurs to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and eventually to €1B+.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Fintech.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
- Iterate your product until you have reached product-market fit.
- Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise millions in funding.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
- Receive support in hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.

- A salary while you build your startup as you will be directly employed by EWOR. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
