EX Squared is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to optimize and manage our financial workflows. You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for financial data management and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and internal controls
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
