Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on finance experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Paraşüt, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
- Experience building financial processes and reporting from scratch
- Comfort working directly with cofounders and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, banks)
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Being able to do 200 push-ups in a case of emergency 💪
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or MarTech companies
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics
- Financial systems implementation experience
- Understanding of server-side tracking and digital marketing (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
