Seagate’s Finance Department is hiring a Financial Analyst to support Factory Operations. This is a highly visible role with excellent training for career advancement, focusing on financial planning and working closely with business partners to manage financial performance.

What You'll Do

Consolidate and analyze weekly financial outlook and actuals, providing timely variance explanations and mitigation plans.
Manage the quarterly budgeting and forecast process.
Facilitate Operations decision-making with timely and meaningful analysis.
Support and ensure compliance with accounting standards and SOX.
Perform month-end close activities and ensure timely submission of closing reports.
Manage spending tasks and identify risks and opportunities with operation partners.
Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
Experience in accounting and/or finance.
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Good business acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player who is flexible and adept at multitasking.
