DataMax AI is looking for a Figma to WordPress Landing Pages Developer to play a pivotal role in building our public-facing web experience. You will convert pixel-perfect Figma designs into high-performance, responsive WordPress websites.
What You'll Do
- Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements.
- Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Optimize site performance, load speed, and SEO best practices.
- Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed.
- Maintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebase.
- Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed.
- Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP.
- Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into WordPress sites.
- Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- SEO best practices for on-page elements.
- Excellent attention to detail—down to the last pixel and interaction.
- Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively across remote teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery.
- Experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce or marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardening.
