Danaher is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team serving customers in the London area. In this role, you will conduct service, repair, and installation of products and IT solutions directly at customer sites, performing electrical and mechanical testing. You'll be the technical face of Danaher, diagnosing issues and implementing cost-effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site technical customer support and assistance.
- Respond to customer support calls within your assigned territory.
- Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support.
- Utilize critical thinking and analysis to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Develop new customer service or product agreements.
- Communicate and listen honestly to create empathy with customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable, or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
- Proficient English is mandatory.
- Openness to travel.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce.
