About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electric motorcycles in field locations
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Respond to service requests across French regions
- Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Install and configure vehicle systems
- Support warranty claim processing with documentation
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
