About the Role

Catalyst MedTech is hiring a Field Service Engineer to apply deep technical knowledge to the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical Imaging Equipment. In this customer-facing field role, you will ensure the operational success of PET, PET/CT, and CT systems while cultivating relationships that drive contract stability.

What You'll Do

  • Service Imaging Equipment in a field-based role by installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing systems at customer sites.
  • Perform routine check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues with prompt, courteous support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, and relay relevant customer or sales information to account managers.
  • Provide real-time and follow-up support by diagnosing problems, creating repair strategies, performing and verifying repairs, and offering customer training.
  • Respond to service issues in a timely manner, coordinating on-site responses in line with customer contract terms.
  • Manage, prioritize, and schedule all work to meet internal and external customer demands.
  • Execute system installations using technical skills and independent judgment during evaluations, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, maintenance, and validation.
  • Log and complete detailed service reports covering call types, services performed, parts recommendations, and modifications.
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines, including ISO Certification, and follow company process and procedure protocols.
  • Maintain performance by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Complete and maintain required training and certification for all serviced systems.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Procedures (QMI) and Work Instructions (WI) as defined by the Quality Management Systems (QMS).

What We're Looking For

  • Associate Degree in electronics or an engineering discipline, and/or military equivalent training such as BMET.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing PET, PET/CT, and CT molecular imaging equipment.
  • A valid Driver's license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Cloud IOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Expert-level experience with standard and metric tools.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position based in the field, requiring travel to various customer locations.
