Silgan Containers Manufacturing Corp, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Midwest region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact providing onsite technical expertise for our plastic, steel, and aluminum closure systems.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Midwest.
- Provide onsite training, troubleshooting, and testing for plastic, steel, and aluminum closures.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to travel 90% of the time.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
