About the Role

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
  • Attend industry events and trade shows
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with marketing to support sales efforts
  • Participate in sales training and development
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Travel to meet with clients and prospects
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and address customer needs and objections
  • Follow up with leads and prospects
  • Provide feedback on product and service improvements
  • Assist in the development of sales materials
