Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential leads by engaging with inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to new prospects using email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions at events.
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients, identifying their challenges and clearly explaining the value of the platform in addressing their needs.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified sales meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline development and revenue goals.
- Travel regularly to attend industry-specific trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring contact and opportunity information is reliable and well-organized.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product departments to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and operational processes based on market feedback.
