Responsibilities
- Manage marketing operations across German-speaking regions with a high degree of complexity and strategic oversight.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead responsible for creating impactful, memorable experiences at all events and functions.
- Ensure flawless planning and execution of all regional events and marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Drive measurable pipeline growth through online and offline marketing experiences, with accountability for MQLs and conversion performance.
- Lead the regional rollout of integrated marketing campaigns designed to engage the ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Growth, and Sales teams to align efforts and maximize campaign success.
- Follow up consistently after marketing activities to ensure prospects move forward in the sales process and contribute to referenceable outcomes.
- Identify and capture customer success stories at events, then collaborate with content specialists to develop case studies that fuel future lead generation.
- Maintain a strong focus on operational precision, conversion metrics, and ownership of marketing performance data.
