Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical assistance for automotive ultra-wideband and Bluetooth Low Energy solutions, supporting system design, integration, and issue resolution for major Chinese Tier-1 suppliers and vehicle manufacturers.
- Gather market and customer requirements to shape region-specific product and solution enhancements, and contribute to internal planning for future product development.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customer R&D teams and collaborate closely with engineers to understand application needs and refine solution fit.
- Develop comprehensive technical materials including application guides, troubleshooting references, and training content to enable broad product adoption.
- Train and evaluate distributor field application engineers and customer technical teams to build capability and ensure rapid resolution of common technical challenges.
