FortifyIQ is seeking a Field Application Engineer to act as a technical bridge to our customers. In this remote role, you will provide deep technical expertise, support product integration, and help customers unlock the full potential of our semiconductor solutions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver technical support to customers during design, validation, and production stages.
- Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and applications.
- Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews to ensure successful design integration.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist sales with technical presentations.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with Registering Clock Drivers (RCD), Power Management ICs (PMICs), or similar products.
- Familiarity with JEDEC standards and Intel/AMD memory subsystem specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
