Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand federal customer requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to government use cases

- Support responses to government RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Articulate security and compliance features for federal standards
- Assist in proof-of-concept deployments for agencies
- Translate technical specifications into business benefits
- Work with legal and procurement teams on contract terms
- Maintain awareness of federal acquisition regulations
- Provide input on product improvements based on client feedback
- Conduct technical training for government partners
- Address security review findings during evaluations
- Coordinate with engineering teams for custom solutions
- Track customer engagement details in CRM systems
- Prepare technical documentation for government submissions
- Participate in bid reviews and strategy sessions
- Support audit and attestation processes
- Engage with compliance officers and technical evaluators
- Stay current with federal IT modernization initiatives
- Advocate for customer needs internally

Security Clearance
