Responsibilities
- Design AI-first software solutions that address complex user stories, enabling robust, scalable architectures and efficient development workflows
- Integrate LLM workflows—prompt engineering, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- Own small but critical production modules end-to-end (code ▶ deploy ▶ monitor)
- Contribute to internal tooling or open-source utilities that 10× team velocity
Requirements
- Final-year student, recent graduate or boot-camp alum (≤ 2 years’ experience)
- Portfolio that shows you love to ship (GitHub, hackathons or other)
- First-hand experience with LLM APIs or fine-tuning; eager to deepen AI skills
- Polyglot mindset - choose the best language / framework for each problem
- Growth engine: seek feedback, iterate fast, turn “I don’t know” into prototypes quickly
- Able to overlap 3–4 hours with CET
