Vicoland is launching a fast-track program for high-potential graduates and bootcamp alumni to build production-grade AI from day one. You will join as a Junior developer with a dedicated mentor and a clear promotion path to Associate and Engineer within approximately 6-12 months.

What You'll Do

Design AI-first software solutions that address complex user stories, enabling robust, scalable architectures.
Integrate LLM workflows, including prompt engineering, vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
Own small but critical production modules end-to-end from code to deployment and monitoring.
Contribute to internal tooling or open-source utilities that 10× team velocity.

What We're Looking For

Final-year student, recent graduate, or bootcamp alum with ≤ 2 years’ experience.
A portfolio that shows you love to ship, such as GitHub projects or hackathon entries.
First-hand experience with LLM APIs or fine-tuning and an eagerness to deepen AI skills.
A polyglot mindset to choose the best language or framework for each problem.
A growth engine mentality: you seek feedback, iterate fast, and turn “I don’t know” into prototypes quickly.
Ability to overlap 3–4 hours with Central European Time (CET).

Nice to Have

Experience with Angular, Node.js, or PHP.
Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
Experience with AWS Lambda.
