RemoteVA PH is looking for a Fashion Designer specializing in infants apparel (0-24 months) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for designing seasonal collections that meet high standards of comfort, functionality, and aesthetics, and creating the technical documents needed for production.

What You'll Do

Design original and trend-forward infant apparel collections for Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and prints with a focus on safety and comfort.
Create detailed tech packs, CADs, and garment specifications for production.
Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams to align designs with brand identity and market demand.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
Ensure compliance with infant clothing safety regulations and certifications.
Participate in fittings and make necessary design adjustments based on feedback.
Maintain organized design archives and contribute to seasonal mood boards.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in infant or children’s wear.
Strong portfolio showcasing infant apparel designs and technical proficiency.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric behavior.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
