Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent facility-related projects, including engineering and construction, with values ranging from $50,000 to $30 million.
- Lead daily operations of project teams, ensuring consistent tracking and resolution of action items throughout each project phase.
- Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and appoint engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, commissioning and qualification consultants, and service providers.
- Verify that project outputs meet defined user requirements with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Create and manage detailed project timelines that support accountability and outline staffing needs.
- Monitor and control capital expenditures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial limits.
- Ensure purchase orders and contractual agreements are executed in alignment with approved budgets and organizational policies.
- Evaluate and process contract change orders following established procedures and financial controls.
- Produce and deliver regular project status reports and budget forecasts for executive review.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, property owners, vendors, and consulting teams.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Administer a centralized program for managing controlled site drawings and documentation.
- Perform field verification of as-built conditions, update drawings with redlines, correct discrepancies, and maintain document control for validation purposes.
- Implement and sustain site-wide security protocols and access management systems.
- Issue access credentials, manage clearance levels, and respond to security-related incidents promptly.
Compensation
$100000 - $130000 depending on experience and skill set
