Facility Executive Soft Services – Visakhapatnam
Role Overview
This position is responsible for maintaining a secure, organized, and professional workplace environment. The role focuses on managing soft service operations including front office coordination, cleanliness standards, and mail handling, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning across office and lobby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office and lobby operations to uphold presentation and safety standards
- Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure clean, orderly, and hygienic workspaces
- Manage mailroom logistics, including distribution and tracking of internal and external correspondence
- Prepare and coordinate arrangements for client meetings, conferences, and visits from senior stakeholders
- Monitor service delivery by external vendors and address performance issues promptly
- Identify inefficiencies in facility operations and recommend practical improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align facility services with organizational needs
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in facilities or property operations. Preference may be given to candidates with advanced studies in hotel or building management.
