DevOps Engineer Location: Full-time Remote Position in Costa Rica We are a global technology organization dedicated to leveraging data and advanced solutions to empower businesses and individuals worldwide. We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer who will drive infrastructure and application development, deployment, and maintenance, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery. Qualifications: - Design and manage comprehensive CI/CD pipelines for automated software development lifecycle - Implement platform and application deployments across cloud and on-premise services - Collaborate with agile development teams to enhance code quality and reliability - Utilize observability tools like Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch for system performance monitoring - Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda - Continuously improve DevOps team processes and tooling - Provide production environment support, including on-call responsibilities - Troubleshoot applications on Windows and Linux servers - Perform basic network troubleshooting - 1+ years experience in agile environments using Scrum/Kanban - Preferred: Knowledge of Managed File Transfer platforms This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
