About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule executive meetings, internal and external
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership review
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership summits, and executive travel
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal teams or external partners
- Track and follow up on action items from leadership discussions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Support special projects initiated by the executive team
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications for executive attention
- Draft meeting agendas and summarize key outcomes
- Ensure timely execution of executive decisions across departments
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new executive hires

- Liaise with HR, finance, and legal teams on executive matters
