EY is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Vienna. In this role, you will optimize internal processes and contribute to team development while ensuring smooth operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with senior management on strategic tasks and operational relief.
- Manage calendars and travel efficiently, including planning meetings, trips, and expense reports.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless operations for teams and leadership.
- Process internal client projects from proposal creation to invoicing using internal SAP-based tools.
- Create and prepare reports and presentations for internal projects and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HLW).
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- A structured work approach, organizational talent, and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- First professional experience in an assistant or project environment.
- SAP knowledge.
