Paired is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, proactive support to the CEO of a fast-paced, multi-market business spanning marketing, eCommerce, education, and corporate services. This is a non-standard role requiring constant adaptability, anticipation of needs across time zones, and management of highly varied personal and professional demands with discretion.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex calendar management across multiple time zones with senior stakeholders.
- Research and arrange high-touch international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and tailored dining.
- Provide real-time daily personal support internationally, handling urgent logistical tasks.
- Manage confidential personal affairs and legal paperwork like visa applications and property transaction contracts.
- Oversee team travel logistics for company staff.
- Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Provide operational oversight by monitoring department performance and enforcing meeting attendance.
- Arrange, confirm, and prepare for stakeholder meetings with clients and peers.
- Lead the full client onboarding process, from contracts to scheduling recurring sessions.
- Plan and execute small- to mid-scale events in Dubai, managing vendors and logistics.
- Oversee the CEO's personal branding and LinkedIn engagement, ensuring daily content publication and distribution.
- Develop detailed B-roll video production plans, including outfit suggestions and venue research.
- Serve as the first line of defense for urgent problem-solving autonomously.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations manager experience supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Proven ability in high-touch, end-to-end international travel planning.
- Experience providing real-time daily support for urgent personal and logistical tasks internationally.
- Strong background managing confidential personal affairs and legal paperwork.
- Solid track record overseeing team travel logistics.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with operational oversight and performance monitoring.
