Work Schedule: You'll sync up with AU business hours (roughly 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday), but as a contractor, you've got flexibility in managing your own time.
Compensation range: 2,000 - 2,300 AUD / Month (Your final offer will depend on the client's assessment of your experience and background)

Role Overview:
We're searching for an Event Design Conceptor who lives and breathes wedding and floral design. This is your chance to join a boutique agency that crafts bespoke, concierge-level services in the upper-mid market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design wedding spaces that capture clients' dreams and our brand's premium vibe
- Craft 3D renderings using SketchUp or similar tools to bring ideas to stunning life
- Leverage Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to sketch, illustrate, and refine design concepts
- Design jaw-dropping floral arrangements, installations, backdrops, and key wedding design elements
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging design trends and event styling innovations
- Contribute graphic elements or visual identity (if graphic design is in your toolkit)
- Maintain razor-sharp accuracy and attention to detail in every visual presentation
- Be open to learning new tools that boost efficiency and creativity
- Create detailed design proposal documents tailored to each client's unique vision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field
- Minimum 3 years of design, architecture, or similar creative experience
- Pro-level skills in SketchUp, Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and design visualization tools
- Extra credit for Photoshop skills and graphic design experience
- Proven event design track record, with a portfolio that screams wedding expertise
- English fluency with confident, clear, and proactive communication
- Obsessive attention to detail — every component rendered to perfect scale
- Eager to learn new tools, software, and stay current with design trends
