About the Role

Lead sales strategy and execution for tomato paste products across European territories, focusing on customer acquisition, channel development, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key countries
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and food manufacturers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and labeling regulations
  • Support product launches and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain coordination for timely delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations
  • Train distributor teams on product features and benefits
  • Address customer service issues and resolve complaints
  • Optimize pricing strategies based on market conditions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
