We are actively recruiting a proficient ETL Developer II to construct, refine, and sustain comprehensive data integration frameworks across internal systems. Accountabilities - Construct, implement, and maintain ETL processes supporting business functions and internal teams. - Manage the ETL ecosystem, ensuring data precision, integrity, and peak performance. - Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business logic and deliver sophisticated integration solutions. - Create reports and database queries to facilitate data-driven strategic decisions. - Implement workflow automation and consistently enhance processes for maximum efficiency and reliability. - Execute data integration through APIs and alternative tools to support seamless information exchange. - Diagnose and resolve data pipeline complications to maintain operational continuity. Requirements - 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS, Informatica). - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis. - Demonstrated experience with API testing tools and data integration techniques. - Proficiency with BI and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking capabilities. - Superior written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Preferred: Understanding of data governance, cloud infrastructure, and data quality methodologies.
