Invisible Technologies is hiring an Estonian Language Specialist - AI Trainer to enhance advanced AI language models. You will analyze model outputs and identify errors to significantly improve AI reasoning and fluency in Estonian.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on specific Estonian language scenarios.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces for analysis.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering strategies and evaluation metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Estonian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in Estonian language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Peer-reviewed publications.
- Teaching experience.
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
