Responsibilities
- Conduct precise material take-offs from construction blueprints across multiple project types.
- Calculate quantities of materials such as moldings, trims, frames, doors, and windows for each assignment.
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
- Generate accurate cost estimates and client quotations based on project specifications.
- Operate independently to produce estimating outputs including material counts, labor time projections, and pricing summaries.
