Responsibilities
- Analyze our central value streams (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g. reduction of cycle times & error rates)
- Build predictive monitoring and “self-healing” mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise
- Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
- Build reusable automation services and make them available company-wide via our internal AI platform (ChatAPV)
- Act as the technical sparring partner for business departments and product owners to unlock automation potential across the entire organization
Requirements
- You live “Automation First” and “Systems Thinking.” You identify the true root cause of problems and develop sustainable, systemic solutions
- You bring solid experience in software development (ideally Python, SQL) and in working with complex ERP landscapes (e.g. Odoo)
- You have hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g. n8n)
- You work according to the “You Build It, You Run It” principle and take end-to-end responsibility for your solutions
- You can clearly communicate complex technical topics and act as a bridge between tech and business
