Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain ERP system performance and stability
- Collaborate with departments to understand business process needs
- Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions
- Document system workflows and technical procedures
- Assist in data migration and system integration projects
- Validate data integrity across financial and operational modules
- Work with vendors on system updates and patches
- Provide training and guidance to end users
- Analyze system requirements for new functionality
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
- Participate in testing for upgrades and enhancements
- Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
- Coordinate with IT teams on security and access management
- Maintain system documentation and change logs
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify opportunities for process automation
- Assist in audit preparation and response
- Evaluate third-party integrations with the ERP platform
- Promote best practices in system usage across the organization
