We are seeking a skilled Erlang Developer to design and maintain critical parts of a high-performance trading infrastructure. With at least five years of professional experience, you will contribute to building distributed systems that handle large volumes of transactions and data with low latency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy new features from concept through to production
- Ensure system stability and performance as data volume and request rates grow
- Collaborate on system architecture and keep technical documentation up to date
- Engage in code reviews, mentor team members, and share technical knowledge
What We Need
- Minimum of five years in software development
- Strong background in Erlang or Elixir, with deep understanding of OTP
- Proven experience building scalable, server-side distributed systems
- Familiarity with SQL databases and techniques for reducing latency under heavy load
- Proficiency with git and collaborative workflows via GitHub or GitLab
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
- Ability to use AI tools to streamline development tasks
- Functional command of English (B1 or higher)
