Responsibilities
- Oversee environmental site assessments and excess soil initiatives from planning through reporting and final delivery.
- Lead field program design and execution for soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water sampling, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate diverse technical teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to achieve project goals on schedule and with high quality.
- Develop, evaluate, and verify scopes of work, cost projections, timelines, and technical outputs.
- Support and lead the creation of strategic, cross-functional proposals and client-facing presentations.
- Strengthen client relationships by maintaining open communication, resolving issues, and consistently delivering strong results.
- Implement effective project controls, including management of scope, budgeting, forecasting, change processes, and risk reduction.
- Provide technical expertise for site assessments, excess soil plans, data analysis, site models, and remediation approaches.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality systems, health and safety protocols, and project risk procedures.
- Guide early-career and mid-level staff through technical mentorship, field supervision, and professional growth support.
- Partner with senior staff, project leads, and specialists across regional and national teams to advance project success and business expansion.

- Lead the design and implementation of field programs, including soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water sampling, ensuring adherence to technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical resources, subcontractors, and field teams to meet project objectives, schedules, and quality expectations.
- Prepare, review, and validate scopes of work, cost estimates, project schedules, and technical deliverables.
- Contribute to and lead the development of strategic, multi-disciplinary proposals and client presentations.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of high-quality work.
- Apply strong project controls, including scope management, forecasting, budgeting, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Provide technical input on environmental site assessments, excess soil management plans, data interpretation, conceptual site models, and remediation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with AECOM’s quality management systems, health and safety requirements, and project risk management practices.
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate staff through technical guidance, field oversight, and career development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and technical specialists across AECOM’s regional and national teams to support project delivery and business growth.
