LangChain is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Federal)

About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring and expanding business within federal government accounts using a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will combine deep government sector knowledge with a track record of closing enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within federal agencies
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract close
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to federal use cases
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address procurement requirements
  • Translate technical capabilities into mission-specific value propositions
  • Work closely with federal systems integrators and partners
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM system
  • Represent the company at federal trade shows and industry events
  • Stay current on federal IT modernization initiatives
  • Navigate complex procurement processes including RFIs and RFPs
  • Coordinate technical resources for customer evaluations
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust outreach strategies
  • Ensure alignment with federal security and compliance standards
