Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and expand existing relationships with key enterprise accounts in the West Region.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to grow Yelp's enterprise business, with a particular emphasis on large, multi-location customers.
- Build and maintain relationships at the executive level, including regular communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on large, multi-location customers.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
