Requirements
- Hands-on SRE or infrastructure engineering background — you contribute directly when the situation calls for it
- Fluent with cloud-native infrastructure — Kubernetes, observability stacks, CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience managing or leading a small-to-mid-size engineering team, including full performance cycles
- Built and owned an SRE or infrastructure roadmap — you set priorities without waiting to be told
- Represents technical needs in cross-functional and leadership conversations, including at director level
