Franklin Electric is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to manage our portfolio of current products. In this sustaining engineering role, you will provide critical technical support and lead initiatives to improve our existing product lines.
What You'll Do
- Manage, maintain, and administer the portfolio of current products
- Handle 3D CAD design software such as Creo or Inventor
- Perform tolerance calculations, mechanical adjustments, and stack-up analysis
- Lead the Engineering team and manage personnel
- Provide technical support for current product lines to internal and external customers
- Lead continuous improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency
